The 2024 CWRU Future faculty cohort will spend two days in both specialized workshops and plenary sessions with higher education experts who will provide a unique lens and proven strategies for success particularly among underrepresented minority graduate students and Post-Docs, with mentoring and guidance for pursuing faculty positions and ensuring a smooth transition to a faculty role.
