Interrupting Unconscious Bias in the Hiring Process (Refresher Session)

This session, required for all committee members participating on faculty and staff search committees, explores barriers within the search process that prevent the fair evaluation of underrepresented candidates. Former participants will be required to attend a brief 30-minute refresher session if they have not attended the full training within the last two calendar years.
