February is the month for showing your love for the ones closest to you. Your family, friends, significant others, ect. The one person we have a tendency to forget is ourself. For this month's Wellness Wednesday, Join UH&CS and OMA in a conversation about what it means to practice self-love and self-care on a regular basis. Self care/love is a journey and it isn't linear. On Wednesday, Feb 14th, we will talk about how you might begin, or continue your journey and how we can support others in their journeys as well.
