Research Summit (faculty invitation only)

You’re invited to an informal breakfast meeting with Michael Oakes,
Senior Vice President for Research. This gathering brings together leaders and faculty from every school within the university, offering a valuable chance to connect as a community and discuss what’s happening in research across our institution. Michael will share his understanding of the changes in federal research funding and his predictions for the near term impacts.

The breakfast will begin with a brief presentation on our status and recent shifts and highlight how we might explore new funding opportunities, such as building stronger partnerships with industry. The goal is to talk as a group so there will be lots of time for questions and an open discussion about navigating this evolving landscape together.

Your input will be essential as we address these challenges and opportunities collectively. Please join if you can!
