We’re thrilled to announce our distinguished panelists who will be joining us at our upcoming Product Management Career Workshop, co-presented with the Weatherhead Career Management Office. They bring years of expertise in product management and leadership, and we're sure you will find their insights invaluable.

Joy Guerin Orange is the Lead Product Manager at Arrive, where she drives product strategy and innovation in mobility and logistics technology. She previously held senior product leadership roles at Root Inc., ParkMobile, and CareerBuilder, building consumer platforms that improve user experience and growth. With a background spanning tech, operations, and business strategy, Joy is known for her cross-functional leadership and mentorship in advancing women in product.

Mike Belsito is the Senior Director of Mind the Product (by Pendo), where he leads global programs that empower and connect product professionals. He is also a Co-Organizer of INDUSTRY: The Product Conference, one of the largest gatherings for product managers worldwide. In addition to his industry work, Mike teaches product management at Case Western Reserve University and co-hosts the long-running Rocketship.FM podcast.

Nils Erik Pedersen is the Senior Vice President of Product Management at Stibo Systems, leading global strategy and innovation for enterprise data management solutions. Over his 30-year career with the company, he has guided teams across product development, professional services, and strategic transformation. Nils is passionate about simplifying complexity through technology and empowering organizations to make smarter, data-driven decisions.
