Details
Mentoring time with Scholars is from 3:10 PM - 4:40 PM
This time is dedicated to Provost Scholars to meet with their respective Mentors.
Mentoring time with Scholars is from 3:20 PM - 4:40 PM
The detailed schedule is as follows:
3:20 – 3:25: Scholars & Mentors check-in on Zoom Meeting platform
3:25 -- 3:30: Centering Exercise – Mindfulness (guided meditation)
3:30 – 4:40: Break out rooms created for Mentor/Scholar pairs (or small groups if requested in advance)
4:40 - 5:00: Writing Workshop/Mentoring Debriefs/Current Events
Any mentor or scholar absences should be arranged with Kate Klonowski, Coordinator of the Provost Scholars Program at kak121@case.edu or (216) 534-3498 (text ok).
