Hands-Only CPR focuses on calling 911 immediately and pushing hard and fast in the center of the chest, with no mouth-to-mouth and no complicated steps, just immediate action that helps keep blood flowing until help arrives. Our trainings are designed for individuals and families, workplaces and organizations, schools, churches, community groups, and anyone who wants to be prepared to act when every second counts.
