Details

Resiliency in Self-defense Education and Universal Protection (RISE UP) is an advocacy program at Case Western Reserve University led by certified self-defense instructors. It provides sexual assault and violence training for all students and employees, aiming to educate and boost confidence in situational awareness and self-defense.
This will be a 3 week course with the first class starting Thursday, October 3rd (5pm-8pm).
Second class- Thursday, October 10th (5pm-8pm).
Third class- Thursday, October 17th (5pm-8pm).
