Yule Ball 2022: The Ministry of Magic

EVENT HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO FEBRUARY 18TH! 

Explore Ministry of Magic with CWRUcio at the annual Yule Ball! On February 18th 8pm-11pm, join us in Thwing for food, music, dancing, and performances by Case Swing Dance Club and Nritya.

In accordance with tradition, Yule Ball will feature Quest, an interactive Harry Potter-themed adventure similar to an escape room that features costumed actors and series of rooms full of challenges. Invite your friends to play through quest, unravel mystical brainteasers, solve magical riddles, and gain clues for a chance to safely retrieve the Horcruxes in the Ministry of Magic! Please dress formally or come in your best Harry Potter attire. Pick up a free wand and more! Tickets are available through CampusGroups.

Doors Open 7:30pm! Head to the Thwing Ballroom to check-in and check your coat. We can't wait to welcome you to the Magical World of Harry Potter!

COVID 19 Protocols

• Masks are required for performers, food servers, and all attendees 
• Food + Butterbeer will be given out in a Grab N Go option at 10pm and until 11pm. 
• With new campus protocols, Food and Drink CAN be consumed at Yule Ball now :)
• Mask must be worn unless actively eating or drinking
• For those who are worried about COVID-19 and would like a refund, please email babsarmy@case.edu 
• It is reccommended that a KN95 is worn by guests at this event 
• Any non-CWRU affiliates be fully vaccinated + booster in order to purchase a ticket
