Details
This event is for new spring 2024 graduate students. Join us for these sessions and events:
- 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM: Check-in, get your ID card/RTA sticker and free t-shirt
- 9:00 - 9:30 AM: Welcome from Grad Studies Session (Graduate Studies students only)
- 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Building Your Support Network (all students)
- 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM: Public Safety Presentation (all students)
- 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM: University Technology Presentation and technicians are available to assist with your tech needs (all students)
- 12:00 - 2:00 PM: Diversity 360 Interactive Workshop (all students)
- 2:10 - 3:10 PM: International Student Orientation (international students only)
Register to attend this event and let us know your t-shirt size and any food restrictions.
ID Cards and T-Shirts will be given out at the event. Please have a photo-ID ready to show (driver's license, state ID card, passport/visa) in order to pick up your new student ID.

Nord Hall Address
2095 Martin Luther King Jr Dr, Cleveland, OH 44106. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive is the back of the building - you will not be able to get into the building on this side. You will need to enter the building on the Quad side (front doors). Map link
Parking Garage
The closest parking garage is the Veale Parking Garage (Lot 53) located at 2158 Adelbert Road near the wind turbine. Parking Garage Fees: 0 - 30 Minutes (Free) – up to $10 maximum/day.
Street Parking
Street parking is also available on a first-come, first-serve basis on Circle Drive (https://maps.app.goo.gl/2VN5GyZ5u3eVLtSm9). Please see the meter for applicable rates and time restrictions.
CWRU Shuttle
