Join the 2018-19 cohort of graduate students who will further explore topics introduced through the Diversity 360 program through facilitated sessions, panels or guest speakers on the following topics: Gentrification/Urban Planning, Academic Inequity in the K-12 system, Cultural Appropriation, Socioeconomic Status, Intersectionality: Women's History Month, and Colorism.

This month's topic: Gentrification and Urban Planning with guest speakers

Please bring an idea of topics you would be interested in discussing for the session in January. We would like this session to be participant led and are happy to support interested students in this process. All ideas are welcome!

The cohort will meet on the second Thursday of each month, September 2018 - May 2019, 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. Participants who attend all sessions will be eligible for a certificate of completion.  We will provide food and drinks at each event.

The Diversity 360 Series for Graduate Students is sponsored by the Office of Multicultural Affairs, Graduate Studies Professional Development Center, Office of Student Activities & Leadership, and NSF NOA AGEP (National Science Foundation’s Northern Ohio Alliances for Graduate Education and the Professoriate program).
