You are invited to review the results of the Diversity Engagement Survey (DES), developed by the University of Massachusetts Medical School's Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity in collaboration with the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC).

The DES was carefully designed to provide a comprehensive view of diversity and inclusion within academic medical institutions.
