Details

Senior Week is a time when graduating seniors get together for a week of fun and camaraderie. Events are organized by the Senior Week Committee, which is led by the Senior Class Officers and made up of students from the graduating class.

Senior Week will take place from Thursday, May 9th through Friday, May 17th.

Convocation 2024

Convocation is for all graduates and faculty/staff. The schedule is as follows:

1:45 PM - 2:45pm PM: Join us at DiSanto Field to create the traditional "CWRU" picture we didn't get a chance to take as freshmen! A free t-shirt will be provided as well as markers so everyone can sign each other's shirts. From there, we will walk as a class to Veale for the ceremony as faculty/staff clap us out!

3:30 PM - 4:30 PM: At Veale Convocation Center, we will first hear from Vinton Cerf, vice president and chief internet evangelist for Google. Next, we will hear from USG President, Basil Yaseen. Finally, there will be CWRU student groups performing and a video montage with photos of all of you submitted by your classmates!

4:30 PM: Spartan Send-off! Following the ceremony, we will move over to Van Horn Field (updated location), where there will be free food trucks, free drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic), and dessert from all your favorite Cleveland restaurants. There will be lawn games, a DJ, and other activities for us to all hang out as a class for one of the last times!
