Mission
CWRU's Office for Sustainability helps with sustainability initiatives on campus, we champion the climate action plan, energy efficiency, recycling, composting in our cafeterias and many other initiatives to reduce the University's environmental footprint. We hope to create a positive change to the world through our operations, and daily interactions, and are constantly thinking about ways to improve the state of sustainability at the university. The office partners and collaborates with many other departments on campus, with off-campus organizations, and with student organizations to sponsor sustainability events, track and benchmark our current footprint, and transform the university towards a flourishing tomorrow.
