Mission Founded in 1983, the Case Taekwondo Club is the oldest surviving martial arts club on campus. We are committed to preparing our members for the real world while addressing the morals and philosophy of the art that is Taekwondo. The mission of the Case Western Reserve University Taekwondo Club is two-fold:To provide its members and instructors with the highest possible standards, values, and environment for learning, practicing and instructing the martial arts.To foster personal growth and development in club members as individuals, leaders, and community members through the physical and mental training inherent in Taekwondo.
Membership BenefitsTo build both physical strength and mental discipline through traditional Korean martial arts. Further, the CWRU Taekwondo Club gives students the opportunity to learn self-defense and sparring techniques.
