USG x Theta Tau Spring Networking and Development Gala

While Theta Tau is deeply committed to our identity as a professional engineering fraternity, we
recognize that producing successful professionals requires more than just technical rigor.
Between demanding engineering and other technical coursework, intensive projects, and our
regular schedule of professional workshops, it is crucial to proactively prevent member burnout
and keep our current members engaged.
This event serves a dual purpose. Internally, it is a vital member-retention initiative designed to
reward our chapter's hard work, foster a tight-knit community, and provide a much-needed
mental break from our highly technical day-to-day responsibilities.
Externally, we are officially opening our doors to the entire CWRU undergraduate community.
Our members are actively encouraging their peers, classmates, and friends from across the
university to attend. By hosting this semi-formal networking evening, we provide a relaxed,
structured environment for students to practice interpersonal skills and build lasting collaborative
relationships. Furthermore, opening this event to the broader campus allows us to showcase our
chapter as a welcoming group that values work-life balance and meaningful connections just as
much as academic excellence.
