This two part series will help you identify changes you can make in your response to stress, reframe unhelpful thoughts, and alter behaviors to aid in reducing anxiety, building resilience, and finding your motivation as we live through social distancing.

Part 1: Wednesday, April 29 Coping with COVID-19

Part 2: Wednesday, May 6 Action Creates Motivation
