Having a nutritious diet is important to your overall health
This week the focus is on nutrition and getting enough fruits and vegetables. Fruits and Vegetables hold a lot of nutrients that our bodies need. The challenge of the week is to try and get full servings of fruits and vegetables everyday while also continuing to drink enough water to stay properly hydrated. Remember to complete your Week 2 Log by midnight on March 17th.
