Details

On March 26th UH&CS will be presenting a Healthy Sleep Program at the Kelvin Smith Library in room 215 from 3:30 - 4:30 PM. It will be right in time to prepare health sleep habits before April exams.

During this program you will learn about healthy sleep habits, how sleeping supports long-term memory for the exam you are gearing up for, and even build your own healthy sleep kit!
