UH&CS and the University Wellness Program are launching a Healthy Habits Challenge. Join us for week 3, where we will focus on Physical Activity.

This week, we invite you to focus on your physical health! Challenge yourself to be active for at least 30 minutes 3-4 days this week, in addition to drinking 64 ounces of water daily. Consistent exercise can improve your sleep, mood, and energy levels throughout the day.
