Boundary UH and CS Healthy Boundaries Do you feel like you have a hard time communicating your boundaries to people in your life? Or maybe someone has set a boundary with you and you’re having a hard time accepting it? That’s all normal and we are here to help. Join us for a conversation about healthy boundaries. Let's set healthy boundaries together. Saying no can be tough, but it is a full sentence. Do you feel like you find your self doing too much for others and not enough for you? Or have you ever been offended by someone asking for space and time? If you have said yes to either, that's all normal, but there are ways to work through that discomfort.

Join UH&CS and the Peer Health Educator team as we go through the fundamentals of setting a boundary, and respecting a boundary. EXPLORE CREDIT AVAILABLE.
