March Healthy Habits Challenge

Build better habits. Win fun prizes. Feel good all month long.
UH&CS is bringing you the March Healthy Habits Challenge, a month-long wellness challenge designed to help you build simple, sustainable habits—one week at a time. Each week focuses on a new area of wellness, and the best part? You could win a prize just for practicing healthy habits!

Weekly Themes
Week 1: Hydration – Sip smarter and stay hydrated
Week 2: Nutrition – Fuel your body with intention
Week 3: Physical Health – Get moving in ways that feel good
Week 4: Mental Health – Prioritize rest, balance, and well-being

You’ll be encouraged to continue practicing habits from previous weeks while adding in the new focus—creating a well-rounded, healthy routine by the end of March.
How It Works:
Kick things off by completing the Challenge Intro Survey at the beginning of the month
Check in each week by completing a short end-of-week survey reflecting on how things went
Wrap it up with a closing survey at the end of the challenge
Complete the weekly survey to be entered into that week’s prize raffle!

Attend UH&CS events throughout the month that match the weekly wellness theme

This challenge is open to: CWRU undergraduate, graduate, and professional students, CIA students, CIM students, KSU School of Podiatry students

Challenge Dates
Starts: Monday, March 2
Ends: Tuesday, March 31
