Confused by co-pays? Not sure what "deductible" means or how to even use your insurance card? You're not alone! This session is designed to break down the basics of health insurance in a way that actually makes sense. We'll cover key terms you’ll see often, how to read your insurance card, how to find an in-network provider (and why that matters), and more. Whether you're on a parent’s plan, student insurance, or navigating coverage on your own, this workshop will give you the tools to make smart, informed healthcare decisions. We will also have pastries from Luna Bakery!

UH&Cs and OMA are excited to offer this Insurance 101 program for this month's Wellness Wednesday to help you best prepare to navigate your health insurance so you're ready when you need it.

Date: Wednesday, November 12th
