This is a 6 week workshop, you will automatically be registered for all 6 sessions (3/26, 4/3, 4/10, 4/17, 4/24, 5/1)





This is a skills based workshop designed to help you learn new coping strategies to manage stress and build resiliency during stressful times. Students will learn skills that will help combat anxious thoughts, manage emotions in healthier ways, improve self-care, and learn to communicate more effectively with others. This is a six week workshop, you will be automatically registered for all 6 sessions.
