UH&CS and the University Wellness Program are launching a Healthy Habits Challenge. Join us for week 4, where we will focus on mental health.

For the past three weeks, you’ve focused on your physical health by being hydrated, eating healthy, and exercising. Now, we challenge you to focus on your mental health.

Mental wellness allows us to have healthy mindsets ready for complex thinking and decision-making, which allows for clear mind and productivity.

For this final week, we invite you to try incorporate selfcare into your daily schedule, along with drinking water. We encourage you to dust off some of your old hobbies you haven’t had the chance to enjoy. Or, try something completely new and discover a new activity to love! This way, you’ll find new ways to relax. Have fun with this last week, and enjoy putting your mental health first while staying hydrated.
