The first session in our Wellness Wednesday series

Students will learn how sleep not only affects how you feel, but also your ability to learn and retain information. We will review tricks to maintaining healthy sleep habits.
Open to all CWRU undergraduate, graduate and professional students. Lunch will be provided.
