To encourage students to boost their daily consumption of water Student Wellness is offering the CWRU 30 Day Water Challenge starting on January 24, 2020

Each week, participants will be encouraged to drink eight or more eight ounce glasses of water per day as well as decrease the amount of sugary and caffeine-containing beverages. All participants will receive a free CWRU water bottle. A weekly drawing will be held for wellness related prizes for participants who turn in their log each week. To help students keep track of the amount of water they drink they can use this tracking log.

An email will be sent to each participant every week with a link to use for sending your water drinking log.
