UPB is excited to host this year’s Spring Comedian, Atsuko Okatsuka! Atsuko is an award-winning comedian and actress known for her high-energy performances, viral moments, and signature bowl cut. Her latest stand-up special FATHER premiered on Hulu (and internationally on Disney+), quickly breaking into the platform’s Top 10 and becoming one of the most talked-about comedy specials of the year. Her previous special THE INTRUDER (HBO) earned a Gracie Award and was named one of the best specials of 2022 by The New York Times and Variety.
Join us on Friday, 4/17 at 7 PM in Severance Hall for a night of unforgettable comedy! $5 tickets for undergraduates and $12 tickets for grads/faculty/staff/CWRU community members.

If you wish to receive a refund, you must cancel your ticket at least 24 hours before the event. Cancellations must be made via Campus Groups (preferred) or in writing to upb-exec@case.edu. Due to the nature of UPB events, tickets may not be sold or transferred to other students. Exceptions may apply for extenuating circumstances on the day of the event, subject to the discretion of UPB.

At 7:15 PM, we will stop distributing tickets. If you are late to ticket pickup, please find a UPB staff member at Severance Hall for assistance. For tickets purchased day-of, please purchase tickets at the Box Office located inside Severance hall.
During the Event:
Spring Comedian will be held at Severance Hall. The timeline is below:
7:00 PM - Severance doors open
7:30 PM - Event begins
7:30-8:00 PM - Opening act
8:00-9:00 PM - Atsuko Okatsuka
Seating is first-come, first-served. The main floor will be open to all guests, while box seats are reserved. If you arrive late or after the opening act has begun, you will be asked to enter between sets to avoid interruptions. Please limit distractions during the show. Photos without flash are allowed. No food, drinks, or backpacks are permitted in Severance Hall. Small bags and purses are allowed.
