Low‑Code Biomedical Data Analysis with GenAI and Parallel Computing in MATLAB at Case Western Reserve University - April 8th

Overview

Learn how to import, visualize, analyze, and model biomedical data using interactive tools in MATLAB. Through live demonstrations and examples, you will see how to complete key steps in a data analysis workflow without writing any code. These interactive tools can also generate the MATLAB code needed to programmatically analyze your data.

  • Date:    Wednesday, April 8th
  • Time:    10:00 AM – 11:30 AM EDT
  • Location:   The seminar will be held in-person and online.  >> REGISTER HERE

Highlights

In this presentation, you will learn how to:

  • Access data from multiple sources (files, software, hardware, and more)
  • Use interactive tools for data visualization, cleaning, and modeling
  • Automatically generate reproducible MATLAB code from your interactive work
  • Use MATLAB Copilot to generate code, comments, or explanations of existing code
  • Share results with others using automatically generated reports
  • Overview of GPU‑accelerated capabilities in MATLAB for high‑performance computing workflows

Who should attend:

This session is ideal for those new to MATLAB, but experienced users will also benefit from new tools, tips, and capabilities introduced in recent releases including MATLAB Copilot, a GenAI‑powered assistant built into the MATLAB desktop environment.
