Hear how businesses and past Weatherhead 100 winners continue to successfully overcome the challenges they face during the current pandemic. Listen to Weatherhead School of Management alumni and distinguished panelists Chris Adams (MGT '00), CEO of Park Place Technologies; Andy Fauver (MGT '99), VP of Transaction Advisory Group at Insight2Profit; and Eric Keene (MGT '94), President of Keene Advisory Group, as they tell their stories and share their experiences on Wednesday, December 2 at 12 p.m.
The presentation and Q&A session will be moderated by Master of Accountancy student Marissa Muth.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, we have had to postpone events like the Weatherhead 100 (W100) Awards gala, but we want to keep the spirit of this event alive by putting on a series of webinars targeted to alumni and businesses, focusing on successful tips throughout this pandemic.
Established in 1988, the Weatherhead 100 awards are the premier celebration of Northeast Ohio’s spirit of entrepreneurship and the companies leading the way in Northeast Ohio. Each year, the Weatherhead School recognize this elite group of companies who are the best example of leadership, growth and success in our region.

Andy Fauver

Andy leads INSIGHT2PROFIT’s Transaction Advisory Group, partnering with Private Equity firms, their portfolio companies and other advisors to add significant value to the M&A process by identifying enterprise value creation opportunities and risks. He led the launch of INSIGHT’s Quality of PricingSM service offerings to support Buy Side and Sell Side Due Diligence as well as post-acquisition value creation. Prior to INSIGHT, he was President of Freedonia Custom Research providing growth consulting and market analytics to Global 1000 industrial companies, private equity firms and investment banks. Eric Douglas Keene

Eric is the Founder & President of Keene Advisory Group. He partners with clients to recruit general management, commercial, and functional executives. Formerly with Russell Reynolds Associates, Eric served as a firm-wide leader on Diversity & Inclusion; and was a member of the Consumer and Corporate Officers practices.
Eric has successfully led search engagements across a variety of industries including consumer markets, energy, financial services, healthcare & life sciences, industrial, private equity, professional services, social impact, and technology. In addition to general management positions, Eric’s commercial placements involve marketing, sales, and strategy roles. He has additional functional experience with finance, human resources, and information & technology assignments.
Previously Eric worked for McKinsey & Company serving international clientele on issues of operations, organization, sales and strategy. His earlier experience includes several years in sales and marketing with AT&T, O’Connor &Associates/Swiss Bank (UBS), and IBM. A Shaker Heights native, Eric received his MBA as the Weatherhead Alumni Scholar from Case Western Reserve University and earned his BSc in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Eric is a Director Emeritus of the Alumni Association of Case Western Reserve University and a member of the Economic Club of Chicago. He is a Co-Founder of the Dr. Ervin “Vinny” Caraballo Endowed Scholarship at Dominican University. (keeneadvisorygroup.com)
