Join us on Thursday, March 4 at 3 p.m. via Zoom for a Veale Skills Lab Workshop on Company Formation with Starlyn Priest.

How can you set your startup up for success? From splitting the initial equity among your founders to incorporating your organization, there’s a lot to consider while forming a startup. In this workshop, we’ll be covering the nuts and bolts of company formation, giving aspiring entrepreneurs the tips needed for setting up a business entity.

This workshop will be taught by Starlyn Priest, Entrepreneur in Residence at the Veale Institute.
