Katherine Cousins serves as the global brand president at Sperry, the iconic non-slip ship deck shoe, now evolved to walk on paths, pavements and even runways. Previous to joining Sperry, Cousins held leadership positions at Timberland, and served as the Vice President and General Manager of Kodiak, Terra and Work Authority at VF Corporation, which leads a diverse portfolio of iconic outdoor and activity-based lifestyle and workwear brand.
Cousins also currently holds various positions, which ranges from an alumni interviewer at Georgetown University, to being a board member at Camber Outdoors, as well as being a founding member of the Leadership Now Project, an organization of activated business leaders committed to restoring democracy.
