Moore, Ponsky, and Helou made the news recently as the leads of organizations that collaborated to develop a new ventilator for COVID-19 patients. The electric pneumatic resuscitators, which are a third of the cost of normal ventilators, are meant to support patients waiting for more extensive hospital ventilators. Zac Ponsky has had an extensive career in real estate development and investments. Zac is an expert at underwriting, risk management and project/development management. Zac has spent his career in both banking and real estate development and has experience in complex real estate financing structures. Zac’s work has focused around large scale institutional and private development projects. In addition to Ponsky Capital Partners, Zac is currently a partner at Midwest Development Partners and Empressas Familiares. In this role, Zac has investment management responsibilities and is charged with oversight of acquisitions, development, repositioning assets and equity partnerships.
Zac is a current board member of AmFinFinancial Corp., current founder and Co-Chairman of the Board for Medworks, Executive Director for MobileMed One Foundation and Board member of Medwish International. In addition, Zac concluded an executive education program at Harvard University in the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative, Zac graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a B.S. in Education and University of Southern California Irvine in Development and Construction.
Prior to his current work, Zac was employed at LexinCapital where Zac had responsibilities of originating equity investments and joint ventures for the firm across several major U.S. markets. In this role, Zac also had a concentration on new business development and acquisitions. Prior to joining LexinCapital, Zac was the Director of AmTrust Bank’s (AMT) real estate department as well as the bank’s community affairs department. Zac’s responsibilities at AMT included management of the bank’s equity investments and joint venture partnerships with builders and developers. In addition, Zac directed the purchasing and property management departments of the bank. Before joining AMT, Zac worked at Trammell Crow Company, as part of their national healthcare team. He had business development responsibilities for the northeast region of the country, with a focus on healthcare facility development.

Cleveland industrialist and entrepreneur Dan Moore as President of the Dan T. Moore Co. has been starting businesses since 1979.
