Sommer is a technology and product development expert with over 10 years of experience in software and information technology. He has worked at multiple high-tech companies such as Tesla and GoPro, and has been involved in multiple early-stage startups. Matt is currently Director of Technology at Valis Biosciences, a company that develops tools for clinical trials and digital therapeutics.

His expertise lies in business data systems and product development methodologies. Matt is currently Director of Technology at Valis Biosciences working with customers such as the Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies. He is also on the board of a software start-up in the film production industry.
