Join us on April 14 at 12 p.m. via Zoom as part of the Case Western Reserve University Entrepreneurship Series for a Roundtable Discussion with Rachel Chambers, Vice President of Marketing for VOSS Artesian Water. Rachel will discuss her adventures in building food and beverage brands from consumer insights.

Chambers joined VOSS Artesian Water earlier this month. Previously, she served as Vice President of Marketing for Perfetti Van Melle. She joined the confectioner in February 2015 as Marketing Director of the Airheads brand. Rachel is known for her strategic thinking and creative energy, illustrated in her successful Airheads advertising campaigns that increased brand sales by 50%. She has launched numerous candy innovations such as Xtremes Sourfuls, Airheads Gum, and Airheads Gummies. Rachel formerly worked at Starbucks as the Senior Director of Shopper Marketing & Shopper Insights.

Rachel Chambers has been Vice President of Marketing for Perfetti Van Melle since 2018. She joined the confectioner in February 2015 as Marketing Director of the Airheads brand. In 2017, Rachel was promoted to the role of Senior Brand Director, Airheads. Since joining Perfetti Van Melle, she has been responsible for delivering the P&L, brand positioning, marketing and innovation pipeline for the Airheads brand.

Rachel is known for her strategic thinking and creative energy, illustrated in her successful Airheads advertising campaigns that increased brand sales by 50%. She has launched numerous candy innovations such as Xtremes Sourfuls, Airheads Gum, and Airheads Gummies.

Rachel formerly worked at Starbucks as the Senior Director of Shopper Marketing & Shopper Insights. In this role, she led creation of shopper capability internally at Starbucks post transition of the business from Kraft. Rachel partnered with sales and category teams on leading category reinvention that was a step change in both retailer partnerships, brand and category growth, and shopper satisfaction.

An accomplished marketing leader with more than twenty years of experience, Chambers holds a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame, as well as an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Having worked with such companies as Starbucks and Procter & Gamble, Chambers has managed some of the biggest brands in the US market.
