The mission of the Women Faculty of the School of Medicine is to ensure all individuals have a strong foundation to succeed in academic medicine by providing professional development opportunities, advocacy for issues that disproportionately impact women faculty in academic medicine, and networking among faculty and leaders in academic medicine to promote academic, professional, and personal growth for all. This group is open to all.
