Are you consistently connecting to your life's purpose, accomplishing your goals, and feeling excited to face each day? Would you like to develop leadership skills, build a sense of community with your colleagues, and gain exposure to applied problem-solving and program management tools?

In this interactive coaching circle, you will begin to learn how to apply the principles of strategic planning to bring a greater sense of joy and purpose to your work. You will walk out of this inspiring course with a new level of self-awareness and practical, specific techniques to build your skills and convey your overall value to inspire others to help you achieve spectacular results. And during this challenging time, we will cover some mindful strategies to manage your most precious resource - time.

Sessions will be a combination of facilitated conversation, brief didactic presentations, and discussion of how the presented skills and methodologies apply in the real-life situations participants are facing in your work.

Success Strategies in Times of Change – Your Personal Mission
Creating an Inspiring Vision Statement
Achieve Your Vision - Set Goals and Strategies
A Mindful Approach to Time Management

Your coach, Allison Rimm, will be available for an informal question and answer session for 30 minutes at the end of each meeting. Bring your questions!

Allison Rimm is a strategic planning expert, management consultant, executive coach, and best-selling author who inspires individuals and organizational leaders to create breathtaking visions and practical plans to make them come to life. The former Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Information Management at Massachusetts General Hospital, she was responsible for managing the agenda of the senior leadership team and the governance activities of Board of Trustees in addition to leading institution-wide strategic planning efforts. As the executive in charge of Information Technology and Medical Records, she managed hundreds of people & hundreds of millions of dollars in capital and operating budgets.

Now at the helm of Allison Rimm & Associates, she combines her passion for leadership development and strategic planning to engage the hearts and minds of her clients to drive exceptional business results. She also serves on the faculty of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health Executive and Continuing Professional Education Programs and is a contributor to the Harvard Business Review.

In her book, The Joy of Strategy: A Business Plan for Life, Allison presents eight steps to help readers find their purpose, set priorities, and fulfill even their most elusive goals.
