CWRU Women's Weightlifting Club is a safe, non-judgmental place for females of all skill levels to learn about weightlifting exercises, routines/circuits, stretches etc. and become comfortable lifting with a group, in pairs or on their own.

Members Benefits

We hold regular group workouts and general body meetings throughout the semester. Members will get the opportunity to meet as a collective throughout the academic year and create lasting relationships, as well as meet their fitness goals.

Events & Activities

Join WWC Campus Groups for updates! Group workouts take place multiple times per week, General Body meetings once per month, and Special Events may vary.

Setting and meeting your personalized fitness goals are our number one priorities. Attend our General Body meetings and hold yourself accountable at our group workouts, with a support group by your side!
