The future Care Model Challenge

Healthcare systems around the world face common pressures — rising chronic disease, strained workforces, financial sustainability, and the persistent challenge of reaching the most vulnerable patients. But how those pressures are understood, and how leaders are trained to respond, varies enormously by country, culture, and system design.
The Future Care Model Challenge was built to bring that broader perspective into the room.

Developed through an Erasmus+ partnership between Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome, this 2.5-day immersive workshop is co-facilitated by faculty from both institutions — pairing the U.S. healthcare management expertise of the Weatherhead faculty with the European health systems and policy perspective of their colleagues from Rome. Together, they create a learning environment that is richer, more critical, and more globally informed than either could design alone.
