Join us for an evening of yoga and meditation in Thwing 101! Expect a slow-paced yoga practice followed by a meditative practice, so be sure to bring a yoga mat if you have one, as well as a water bottle.

We have snacks and yoga mats available for this event on a first come first serve basis. You are welcome to bring a beach towel to class or practice on the floor if we run out of yoga mats. We look forward to seeing you at this workshop!
