Flyer for Hindu YUVA x Yoga Club Workshop

Join us for an introduction to the cultural and religious relevance of yoga, followed by a slower-paced, beginner-friendly yoga practice! A few yoga mats will be available for this event on a first come first serve basis. You are welcome to bring a beach towel to class or practice on the floor if we run out of yoga mats. We look forward to seeing you at this collab between CWRU Hindu YUVA and Yoga Club!
