Community Health Immersion Program (CHIP)

Description

The A4CH CHIP program is a 7-week volunteer program created through a partnership between Advocates for Cleveland Health and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. This immersive experience provides selected advocates with the opportunity to voluntarily participate in the various activities involved in the Tri-annual Health Challenge organized by Cleveland Clinic’s Langston Hughes Center. Each advocate will participate in pre-screenings, health education, data entry, and post-screenings. Screenings will include the measurement of participant blood pressure and BMI.
