To provide access to, and spread knowledge regarding, specialty coffee to the CWRU campus. The club will consist of experiential and informational sessions covering topics including teaching members about the history of specialty coffee, the processes of producing specialty coffee, various methods of making coffee, tasting coffees of different origins/processing/brewing methods, etc.
Members of Brew CWRU will have access to an abundant array of unique coffees and knowledge regarding coffee making/history. Members will also be able to expand their own taste in coffee through educational and experiential events. Members will have the ability to make more educated decisions in their coffee purchases.
