The mission of the BSU is to act as an organization that unifies students and organization of the African Diaspora on campus and upholds the following objectives: 1) Fostering a welcome community for black students on campus 2) Being involved in the local Cleveland community 3) Acting as advocates in times of need 4) Creating a strong network between black undergraduates, graduates, staff, and faculty
