Flexible Serves: Cleveland Food Bank (Mon 5:30-8:30pm)

Help sort, prepare, box, and repack food to be distributed to local food pantries, hunger centers, and shelters. Registered volunteers will meet at the CCEL office at 5:30 p.m. and return to campus by 8:30 p.m. Transportation is provided in a CCEL van driven by the student Serves Leader. Volunteers should wear closed-toe/closed-heel shoes (no sandals or clogs). The project may also include lifting boxes up to 35 pounds and standing on your feet for the duration of the service.

Participants must register for the individual CCEL Serves: Flexible events in which they wish to participate. Flexible Serves registration opens approximately two weeks before each event. If registration is full, please join the waitlist as you will receive an email update if a spot becomes available. If you are still on the waitlist at the time of the event, you are welcome to stop by CCEL at that time to see if any last-minute spots open.
