Monthly “Welcome Coffees” are Open to all Faculty and Staff

The university’s Compliance Office started a monthly Welcome Coffee program for new faculty and staff members over two years ago (in October 2022) as an enhancement to onboarding.

At the Welcome Coffees, leaders from around twenty key university offices and divisions—such as the Office of Research Administration and the Division of Public Safety—explain how they help new members navigate CWRU and be successful.

Long-time and existing faculty and staff also are welcome to attend any of these in-person monthly events, which occur monthly on Friday mornings in the Toepfer Room of Adelbert Hall. For a list of upcoming Welcome Coffee dates and times, check out the Compliance Office on Campus Groups.
