It was great meeting lots of you and getting to hear your stories Friday! I'm pumped there is a lot of enthusiasm for the club so lets keep the momentum going. Here are notes from the meeting, note the follow ups section at the bottom.
- Club structure and plans
- The consensus in the room was that we are good with Friday's Biweekly at 5pm
- This may vary based on the week and when Allison and I can attend. For instance our next meeting will likely be on a Thursday since both of us will be out of town a lot this month. Keep an eye out for when we lock down a date.
- If that day and time doesn't work out ever for you please reach out, but with 93 members right now there will be limitations to how flexibile we can be.

- Case competitions
- Attached is the case competition spreadsheet I've started:
- If you find out about a competition thats not in here please let me know so I can add it.
- I've added a tab for hackathons and added the upcoming Cleveland Clinic Innovation Hackathon (in a digital future, these are the new case competitions).
- Volunteer request - Does anyone want to fill this up with other hackathons going on?
- It will be up to you to form teams! Use campus groups as a resource for finding people with specific domain knowledge, skillset, or interest.
- As i noted, unless you have a group you feel really great about, you may want to start with the goodyear innovation challenge, our internal mock case competition, or use your classes to evaluate a strong team that can compete in a competition next semester.
- Case Interviews
- We had two volunteers who will be researching how case interviews work from Case in Point and will be giving a presentation to the group at our next meeting. I've already forgotten their names (please see follow ups for everyone section below)

- It was requested that we set up a mock case competition for people to practice. We can find a case for you and will discuss this at our next meeting.
- It was also requested we send out a list of everyone's names who joined the club. You actually have access to this already, its on the members section of the club in campus groups.

- If you haven't already, please update your Campus Groups profile with a headshot, interests, and a brief bio. As i said we have 93 members, and we will rely on Campus Groups heavily to sort people out and learn people's names. I'll be sending out a reminder leading up to our next meeting.

- This club is going to be about growing each other, If you want to volunteer, research, and present on a topic around consulting at an upcoming meeting please let Allison and I know. Consulting firms are looking for leaders and so are we!
