Have you ever wondered what a sustainably-run business looks like? Many companies claim efforts to go green, but few go the extra mile in the way that Mitchell's Homemade has: operating their kitchen facilities totally by solar power, Mitchell's also features a rainwater harvesting system, custom furniture made from reclaimed materials, and energy-efficient installations, to name a few.

Transportation is provided for this event. Please meet at the Thwing bus stop (Farm Harvest Shuttle Stop along Euclid) at 11:40am.
