Disguised as a human, sea monster Luca sneaks away to spend his summer exploring the wondrous world of the Italian Riviera. Entranced by friendship, gelato, and Vespas, he quickly becomes enamored with the life he lives above the surface. However, when his secret identity threatens the friendships he’s made, he’ll have to work to keep his new life together.
