Prince Ghosh is a seasoned entrepreneur and operator with deep experience building and scaling technology-enabled marketplaces. From 2019 to 2024, he founded and led Factored Quality (FQ), the world’s first digital quality control services marketplace, growing the company to serve over 150 marquee brands including Everlane, Harry’s, Dr. Squatch, Canopy, and Jolie.
Under Prince’s leadership, FQ raised over $7 million from leading investors including Y Combinator, Amity Ventures, and Dynamo Ventures, and built a high-performing team of operators across product, supply chain, and marketplace operations. In Q4 2024, Factored Quality was acquired by Pietra, backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Founders Fund, and M13.
Following the acquisition, Prince continues to support Pietra across AI product development, go-to-market strategy, sales, supply chain, and marketplace operations. He brings a systems-driven approach to company building, informed by his background as an aerospace engineer by training.
